A Perspective Look at Unknown People

When a person passes by on the street, along with many others, he or she is 'just another random person'. We don't know anything about him, his family, his achievements, his voice, his view on life. He is just another tiny speck in the huge dust of life. He makes up part of the world that we see around us. For most of the people, their face expressions and body language don't give any clues that their life could be as complex and deep as yours; we can only assume it is. But the moment we start talking to them, there is a transition into a new state. Now they seem much more real, like they have souls as well, just like us. They reply accordingly in response to our own behaviour...

  1. It may be a possibility that a person does not make up that world.he might know that there are even bigger problems in this world that people have and looking at their problem his problem is nothing.thats what man has to realize.that you can make do with a small amount of what is given to you.so never ask for more:)
when that transition starts.its just the beginning.but somehow theres always an inkling if that person is disturbed or not.

jason. nice catch.sometimes you write those things which no one notices.and thats what you're different bout man..awesome stuff!

  2. Good to hear from you again.
You see a homeless man starring into the sky. He seems to be in peace with the world.
You see a businessman get down from a Benz, shouting into a phone with a frown on his face.
Which stranger would you want to be?

  3. @Hexile: Why would that person not make up part of the world, just because he knows others have bigger problems than him?
    and thanks dude :)

@Adhitya: I think i'd prefer to be the homeless man. If the homeless man 1 day becomes a business man, I think he'll be grateful for where he has reached, and wont be so desperate to earn more money....
But the businessman wouldn't be able to handle the mental consequences of 1 day maybe losing his wealth.
The homeless man knows better that life isn't only about money. He has a broader perspective, and so I'd always prefer to be him.

  4. Thoughtful and logical reply
But you dont get my mean.
You dont think all that when you see those persons on the road.
Wouldn't your instincts dismiss the homeless guy as a loser and make you envy the Benz.

  5. true, I wouldnt have thought of all that when I look at them on the road.
Well no, I wouldnt dismiss the guy and neither would I envy the Benz. I make it a point and habit not to judge anyone too quickly. I would just look at them and carry on...

  6. @jason-each person has a different mindset and to think that all people think alike.well thats why we are here arent we?to find out the real truth. :)
its not only problems that other people have.those who roam around in fancy cars and as you said that you would just look at them and carry on with your business.the point is there is no making up of the world here going on. Majorly people tend to ignore others because they have their own life.but its humans like us who help them.we must realize that help and as i mean help in emotional ways as what is mentioned here when given to others is the best thing that you can give to someone.it helps you along the course of your life.ponder on it.you'll figure out what i mean :D
